The TFact™ Progesterone Receptor DNA-Binding ELISA detects active Progesterone Receptor in Hela, Jurkat and MCF7 Nuclear Extract. The Hela, MCF7 and Jurkat cells were grown 3 days respectively in DMEM and RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract. The Hela cells with UV stimulation were irradiated by UV (100J/M2) before harvest.
