The Phospho-IRS-1 (Ser307) Fluorometric Cell-Based ELISA Kit is a convenient, lysate-free, high throughput and sensitive assay kit that can monitor Phospho-IRS-1 (Ser307) protein phosphorylation and expression profile in cells.
