Immunogen

A synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino acid region 800 - 882 according to Cadherin - 1 of the human cadherin protein.

Specificity

The antibody can recognize many isotypes of cadherin including E-cadherin, N-cadherin, P-cadherin and R-cadherin. In western blotting of A431 and MCF7 cell lysates, the antibody can label a 130 kDa band.

Formulation

The antibody is provided in liquid form in phosphate - buffered saline with 50% glycerol, 0.05% BSA, and 0.05% Proclin 300.
