CD11a Rabbit mAb

Confocal imaging of NIH/3T3 cells using PDXK Rabbit mAb (M2697, dilution 1:200) followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (SA1138, dilution 1:500) (Red). The cells were counterstained with α-Tubulin Mouse mAb (W0051, dilution 1:400) followed by incubation with ABflo® 488-conjugated Goat Anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Ab (SA0662, dilution 1:500) (Green). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). Objective: 100x.

Located in cell-cell junction; external side of plasma membrane; and immunological synapse. Is expressed in heart; hemolymphoid system; and vault of skull. Orthologous to human ITGAL (integrin subunit alpha L).
