CD22 Rabbit mAb

Confocal imaging of paraffin-embedded Mouse heart tissue using Myoglobin Rabbit mAb (M2657, dilution 1:1600) followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (SA1138, dilution 1:500) (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) prior to IF staining. Objective: 40x.

Involved in several processes, including negative regulation of calcium-mediated signaling; negative regulation of immunoglobulin production; and regulation of B cell proliferation. Located in external side of plasma membrane and neuronal cell body membrane. Is integral component of plasma membrane. Is expressed in several structures, including alimentary system; brain; hemolymphoid system gland; liver and biliary system; and reproductive system. Orthologous to human CD22 (CD22 molecule).
