Human IgG3 Rabbit mAb

Flow cytometry: 1X10^6 K-562 cells (negative control,left) and HEL cells (right) were surface-stained with CD244 Rabbit mAb (M2577,2 μg/mL,orange line) or Rabbit IgG isotype control (M2774,2 μg/mL,blue line), followed by Alexa Fluor® 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Description
Predicted to enable antigen binding activity and immunoglobulin receptor binding activity. Involved in retina homeostasis. Located in blood microparticle and extracellular exosome.IgG is a monomeric immunoglobulin, built of two heavy chains gamma and two light chains. Each molecule has two antigen binding sites. This is the most abundant immunoglobulin and is approximately equally distributed in blood and in tissue liquids, constituting 75% of serum immunoglobulins in humans. There are 4 subclasses: IgG1 (66%), IgG2 (23%), IgG3 (7%) and IgG4 (4%).
