Ly-6A/E (Sca-1) Rabbit mAb

Flow cytometry:1X10^6 293F cells (negative control,left) and 293F(Transfection,right) cells were surface-stained with Siglec-8 Rabbit mAb(M2423, 10 μg/mL,green line) or Rabbit IgG isotype control (M2774, 10 μg/mL,blue line),followed by Alexa Fluor 647 conjugated goat anti-rabbit pAb(1:600 dilution) staining. Non-fluorescently stained cells were used as blank control (red line).

Orthologous to human LY6H (lymphocyte antigen 6 family member H).
