The TFact™ Smad1 DNA-Binding ELISA detects active Smad1 in HepG2 and Jurkat Nuclear Extract. The HepG2 and Jurkat cells were grown 3 days in DMEM and RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract.
