The Cathepsin V (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant CathepsinV concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for CathepsinV. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Cathepsin V ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Cathepsin V proteins within the range of 63-4000 pg/ml.
