CD3 epsilon Rabbit mAb

Confocal imaging of paraffin-embedded Rat thymus tissue using CD3 epsilon Rabbit mAb (A26496, dilution 1:1500) followed by a further incubation with Cy3 Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (AS007, dilution 1:500) (Red). DAPI was used for nuclear staining (Blue). High pressure antigen retrieval performed with 0.01M Citrate Buffer (pH 6.0) prior to IF staining. Objective: 40x.

Located in several cellular components, including dendritic spine; external side of plasma membrane; and immunological synapse. Part of alpha-beta T cell receptor complex. Is expressed in colon and hemolymphoid system. Human ortholog(s) of this gene implicated in immunodeficiency 18. Orthologous to human CD3E (CD3e molecule).
