Description

The T7 High Yield RNA Synthesis Kit is a reagent kit that employs T7 RNA polymerase to synthesize RNA in vitro in substantial quantities using DNA with a T7 promoter as the template. It is suitable for generating both long and short transcript. The T7 Enzyme Mix included pre-mixed with RNase inhibitors and inorganic pyrophosphatase, while DNase I, RNase-free, is used to remove template DNA following the transcription reaction. With this kit, at least 150 μg of RNA can be transcribed from 1 μg of linearized double-stranded DNA template. The RNA synthesized through this transcription process can be utilized in various downstream applications including in vitro translation, RNA structure and function studies, RNase protection, probe hybridization, RNA interference, and more.
