Fluorescence multiplex immunohistochemical analysis of  ​human tonsil tissue (formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded section). The immunostaining was performed by Sextuple-Fluorescence kit (RS0039, Immunoway).​CD8 a mouse mAb(RED) and CD38 mouse mAb(GREEN) was tested with different TSA Fluorescence regent. Microscopy and pseudocoloring of individual dyes was performed using a Slideviewer Imaging System (Excilone).

CD38 (ABT-CD38) PathoELITE™ Mouse mAb
Description
CD38 is a type II transmembrane glycoprotein with a molecular weight of 42 kDa. It is mainly expressed in plasma cells, pre-B cells, activated B cells, thymocytes and activated T cells. 90% of CD34 positive cells also express CD38. It is used to study the role of activated T cells in autoimmune diseases and immune deficiency diseases, and to diagnose multiple myeloma (plasmacytoma). It is a useful marker in the immunotyping of acute leukemia.
