INI-1 (ABT188) Mouse mAb
Description
INI1 is located on chromosome 22q11.23 and encodes an important core subunit in SWI / SNF complex. It appears in all SWI / SNF complexes and is expressed in all normal cells. When the gene was mutated, the expression of INI1 was lost. This condition occurs in most malignant rhabdoid tumors and epithelioid sarcoma, renal medullary carcinoma, epithelioid malignant schwannoma, myoepithelial carcinoma, extraosseous myxoid chondrosarcoma and other tumors.
