Melan A is expressed in all normal melanocytes and melanocyte lines. Tumor cells from epithelium, lympHuman, Rat, Mouse,nd mesenchymal origin are generally not expressed. It is mainly used for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant melanoma and tumors with melanocyte differentiation.
