Immunogen

Synthesized peptide derived from human Cytokeratin 5 and Cytokeratin 6 AA range: C terminal amino acids 500-590 of Cytokeratin 5 and N terminal amino acids 2-100 of Cytokeratin 6

Specificity

The antibody can recognize both human CK5 and CK6 protein, and shows no cross reaction with other typies of cytokeratin. In western blotting of A431 cell lysate, there shows a 56 kDa band dectected by the antibody.
