β- Catenin is a key regulatory protein in Wnt signaling pathway. Under normal conditions, β- Catenin protein is mainly found in the cell membrane of normal cells. It leads to accumulation in the nucleus after mutation. It is mainly used for the diagnosis, invasion and metastasis mechanism of malignant tumors, such as colon cancer, lung cancer, prostate cancer, esophageal cancer, breast cancer and so on.
The antibody can specifically recognize human β- Catenin protein. In western blotting of Hela, A431 and HEK293 cell lysates, the antibody labels β- Cateninn, no reaction with α or γ-catenin.
Hela whole cell lysates were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with anti-Beta-catenin(ABT401)antibody. The HRP-conjugated Goat anti-Mouse IgG(H + L) antibody was used to detect the antibody.
