The TFact™ JunB DNA-Binding ELISA detects active JunB in Jurkat Nuclear Extract. The Jurkat cells were grown 3 days in RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract. The Jurkat cells were stimulated respectively by UV (100J/M2).
