The G-CSF (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant G-CSF concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for G-CSF. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human G-CSF ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human G-CSF proteins within the range of 16-2000 pg/ml.
