The IFN-gamma (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IFN-gamma concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IFN-gamma. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine IFN-gamma ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine IFN-gamma proteins within the range of 23-1500 pg/ml.
