The MIP-1alpha (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant MIP-1alpha concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
Mouse MIP-1alpha recombinant protein was spiked into various biological samples and serial diluted with Assay Diluent 45HB for serum and/or plasma samples and Assay Diluent 1TD for RPMI 10% FBS.
Three concentrations of recombinant Mouse MIP-1alpha was spiked into various samples to measure the recovery percentage of recombinant protein in duplicate.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for MIP-1alpha. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine MIP-1alpha ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine MIP-1alpha proteins within the range of 8-500 pg/ml.
