The RANTES (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant RANTES concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for RANTES. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine RANTES ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine RANTES proteins within the range of 16-2000 pg/ml.
