The SCF (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant SCF concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for SCF. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine SCF ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine SCF proteins within the range of 23-2000 pg/ml.
