The IL-1beta (Rat) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IL-1beta concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IL-1beta. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Rat IL-1beta ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Rat IL-1beta proteins within the range of 47-3000 pg/ml.
