The MIP-1alpha (Rat) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant MIP-1alpha concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for MIP-1alpha. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Rat MIP-1alpha ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Rat MIP-1alpha proteins within the range of 16-1000 pg/ml.
