The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IL-18BPa. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human IL-18 BPa ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human IL-18 BPa proteins within the range of 94-6000 pg/ml.
