The Granzyme B (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant GranzymeB concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for GranzymeB. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine Granzyme-B ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine Granzyme B proteins within the range of 40-5000 pg/ml.
