The IL-28 (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IL-28 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IL-28. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine IL-28 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine IL-28 proteins within the range of 32-4000 pg/ml.
