The IL-33 (Murine) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IL-33 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IL-33. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Murine IL-33 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Murine IL-33 proteins within the range of 16-1000 pg/ml.
