The Angiopoietin-1 (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant Angiopoietin-1 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for Angiopoietin-1. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Angiopoietin-1 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Angiopoietin-1 proteins within the range of 157-10000 pg/ml.
