Standard Data
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for Eotaxin-2. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Eotaxin-2 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Eotaxin-2 proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
