The CNTF (Rat) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant CNTF concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for CNTF. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Rat CNTF ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Rat CNTF proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
