The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for SDF-1α. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human SDF-1αELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human SDF-1αproteins within the range of 125-8000 pg/ml.
