Description

ZAP-70 is a 70 kDa tyrosine protein kinase. It belongs to the Syk family. It is expressed in T cells and NK cells, but not in most normal mature B cells. It is involved in the activation of T cell receptors. The expression of ZAP-70 is related to the mutation status, disease progression and prognosis of Ig heavy chain variable region gene in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia, which can be used to judge the prognosis of CLL.

Specificity

The antibody can specifically recognize human ZAP-70 protein. In western blotting of Jurkat cell lysate, the antibody can label a 70 kDa band corresponding to ZAP-70.

The antibody is provided in liquid form in phosphate - buffered saline with 50% glycerol, 0.05% BSA, and 0.05% Proclin 300.
