The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human VE-Cadherin around the phosphorylation site of Tyr731.

VE-Cadherin (Phospho-Tyr731) Antibody detects endogenous levels of CDH5 only when phosphorylated at Tyr731.
