The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human SAPK/JNK around the phosphorylation site of Tyr185.

SAPK/JNK (Phospho-Tyr185) Antibody detects endogenous levels of MAPK8/9/10 only when phosphorylated at Tyr185.
