The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human Kir6.2 around the phosphorylation site of Thr224.

Kir6.2 (Phospho-Thr224) Antibody detects endogenous levels of KCNJ11 only when phosphorylated at Thr224.
