The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human Cytokeratin 8 around the phosphorylation site of Ser74.

Cytokeratin 8 (Phospho-Ser74) antibody detects endogenous levels of Cytokeratin 8 only when phosphorylated at Ser74.
