The TFact™ ETV6 DNA-Binding ELISA detects active ETV6 in Jurkat and Hela Nuclear Extract. The Jurkat and Hela cells were grown 3 days in RPMI 1640 and DMEM with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract. Both Hela and Jurkat cells were stimulated by PMA (200nM) before harvest.
