The TFact™ TEAD3 DNA-Binding ELISA detects active TEAD3 in Jurkat and Hela Nuclear Extract. The Jurkat and Hela cells were grown 3 days respectively in RPMI 1640 and DMEM with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract.
