The TFact™ NFAT3 DNA-Binding ELISA Kit detects active NFAT3 in Jurkat and HepG2 Nuclear Extract. The HepG2 and Jurkat cells were grown 3 days respectively in DMEM and RPMI 1640 with 10% FBS and harvested for nuclear extract.
