DARPP-32 (Phospho-Thr34) ELISA Kit

HepG2 cells were grown to 90% confluency and were stimulated with PMA 150 ng/mL and incubated for 30 mins. Cells were immediately lysed thereafter and measured for Total Protein Concentration and O.D. 450 nm of DARPP-32 P-Thr34 versus untreated HepG2 lysates.
