The Fas Ligand (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant FasLigand concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for FasLigand. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human Fas Ligand ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human Fas Ligand proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
