The IGF-1R (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant IGF-1R concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for IGF-1R. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human IGF-1R ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human IGF-1R proteins within the range of 250-16000 pg/ml.
