The VEGF-R2 (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant VEGF-R2 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for VEGF-R2. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human VEGF-R2 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human VEGF-R2 proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
