Standard Data
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for TGF-beta1. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Mouse TGF-beta 1 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Mouse TGF-beta 1 proteins within the range of 32-2000 pg/ml.
