Specificity

The antibody can specifically recognize human CK15 protein. In immunohistochemistry on formalin- fixed, paraffin- embedded tissue sections, the antibody specifically labels the squamous epithelial cells and carcinomas, and shows no reaction with glandular epithelial cells.
