Product Name
Villin (AB1806) mouse mAb
Description
Villin is a calcium dependent actin related calcium regulatory protein. It is a cytoskeletal protein located in the cell membrane and cytoplasm, especially in the glandular cavity. It is expressed in small intestinal mucosal epithelium, renal proximal convoluted tubule, testicular vas deferens epithelium, pancreatic ductal epithelium and bile duct epithelium. It can be used for the differential diagnosis of intestinal epithelial tumors and non intestinal epithelial tumors.
