CD56 is a membrane glycoprotein, which is a neural cell adhesion molecule. It is mainly expressed in nerve cells, neuroendocrine cells, NK cells and partially activated T lymphocytes. Tumors are mainly expressed in neuroendocrine tumors and NK cell lymphoma. They are used to study retinoblastoma, medulloblastoma, astrocytoma, neuroblastoma and other tumors.
