The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human PKA-R2beta around the phosphorylation site of Ser113.

PKA-R2beta (Phospho-Ser113) Antibody detects endogenous levels of PRKAR2B only when phosphorylated at Ser113.
