The BD-2 (Human) OmniKine™ ELISA Kit contains the components necessary for quanititative determination of natureal or recombinant BD-2 concentrations within any experimental sample including cell lysates, serum and plasma.
Human BD-2 recombinant protein was spiked into various biological samples and serial diluted with Assay Diluent 45HB for serum and/or plasma samples and Assay Diluent 1TD for RPMI 10% FBS.
The data and subsequent graph were obtained after performing a cytokine ELISA for BD-2. Each known sample concentration was assayed in triplicate. The OmniKine™ Human BD-2 ELISA Kit allows for the detection and quantification of endogenous levels of natural and/or recombinant Human BD-2 proteins within the range of 8-1000 pg/ml.
